Pecorino Toscano DOP and Prosciutto Toscano DOP will be the protagonists of two new masterclasses dedicated to the excellence of DOP products. The seminars will focus on the origin and characteristics of Pecorino Toscano DOP and Prosciutto Toscano DOP, revealing their indissoluble bond with the territory. The masterclass will continue with the tasting of the products.
