Preparation
Make thinly sliced mozzarella. Put one of the two discs of puff pastry in a pan and cover it with Prosciutto Toscano DOP, below, and mozzarella, on top. Cover everything with the second disc of puff pastry and brush the surface with the yolk. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C until the surface is golden.
